When you upload a photo of your result card, that image is sent to our server and to AI Agent purely to read and extract the subject, credit hour, and grade information from it. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email, or any other personal identifying information to use the calculator.
Your uploaded image is processed in memory to extract the transcript data and is not permanently stored on our servers. Once the extraction is complete and the result is shown to you, the image is discarded.
We use AI Agent to read and interpret uploaded result card images. Your image is transmitted to this service for that sole purpose. We encourage you to review Google's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle data sent to their API.
